Dr. Roscoe C. Brown Jr. is interviewed on June 5, 2015, in Wood Auditorium at Air Command and Staff College located on Maxwell Air Force Base. Brown is one of the famed Tuskegee Airmen and was the commander of the 100th Fighter Squadron, part of the 332nd Fighter Group.
