Now for the fifthtime the bovs were hard at workputting it in shape to again facethe advancing column. On the13th the regiment was relievedby the loth Massachusetts, im-mediately afterward rejoiningthe brigade in camp nearBrandy Station, remaining untilthe 27th, when the Mine Runcampaign commenced. Aftercrossing the Rapidan at Ger-mania Ford, a half mile fromthe river, it formed in line where General Frenchs troops hadbeen engaged.
