He is black and white in color, and besides being a workman, is handsome withal. He is owned by Mr. George W. Ewing, Fort Wayne, Ind. Gloster, owned by Mr. James L. Bi'eese, Tuxedo, New York, is black, white, and tan, by Dashing Rover, out of Trinket; hence he also has a royal canine parentage. In the field trials he has been a most formidable and successful competitor, vanquishing the most noted dogs of the day in public competition, as the following list of winnings will show: First, members' stake, and divided second in all-age stake.
