Staffordshire, West Midlands, UK. 23rd Feb, 2017. Storm Doris batters Staffordshire in the West Midlands. Winds gusting at 65 mph knock down a huge tree on Woodfields Drive, Lichfield, Staffordshire, blocking the road and stopping residents at the end of the culdesac from leaving in their cars. As Council resources are stretched to the limit the local residents set to work with their own chainsaws and axes to clear the enormous tree and debris by hand.
