SOUTH CHINA SEA (July 6th, 2022) - Military Sealift Command civil service mariners Vincent O’Haire (front), from Rhinebeck, New York, Eric Nampei (back left) and Carlos Laguna (back right), both from Guam, all assigned to the Emory S. Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), conduct search and rescue procedures during a man-overboard drill, July 6, 2022. Frank Cable is currently on patrol conducting expeditionary maintenance and logistics in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
