Dennis Ndungu to a breakfast, hosted by the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa and Camp Lemonier, celebrating 47 years of Uganda's Independence, Oct. 9. Senior leaders from Camp Lemonier and CJTF-HOA shared breakfast with partner nations. Since Uganda hoisted its first flag in 1962, it has had eight presidents.
