366th Training Squadron Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering Learning Site Detachment constructionman recruits train at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, July 25, 2018. Each constructionman team is switching the pole insulators. Each team will have to hand tools and the insulator to each other without dropping it as they move the insulator from one end to the other. For now, this is to add to the training of climbing, which is their primary lesson at the start of the course.
