Fallas of Valencia Festival in Spain 2016. Fallas are gigantic structures made of wood and papier-mâché portraying current events and personalities in which individual figures or Ninots are placed. The Fallas are set alight and burned on March 19th as a tribute to St Joseph, patron saint of the carpenters'guild.
