Staff Sgt. Ryan Columbare, a 42R musician and winner of the Combined Arms Support Command Noncommissioned Officer of the Year title, participates in the assessment board portion of the BWC event that took place May 23-27 at Fort Lee, Va. Columbare holds a master’s degree in music specializing in the trumpet.
