A couple of varicose wart sea slugs (Phyllida varicosa). Notwithstanding their unappealing common name, like all nudibranchs they are real sea jewels!

The varicose wart slug (Phyllida varicosa) is a nudibranch which is commonly encountered in its distribution range of the Indo-Pacific region together with the Arabian and Red Seas. Several of its protuberances, white with yellow tops arising from a blue/black body, are fused together in bands, as in the case with this pair.
