Continuing the pursuit Isaw a squad of four infantrymen running across the field at the left of theroad on which I was. Dashing after them, and calling upon them to sur-render, I discovered that one carried, instead of a musket, a stand of reluctantly he gave them to me, and I soon took the prisoners over tothe guard, having a few moments previously served two others in the same way.
