CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – The Army Central Commander, Lt. Gen. Michael Garrett, presents the outgoing 29th Infantry Division commander, Maj. Gen. Blake Ortner, with the Distinguished Service Medal as a token of his appreciation and a job well done during his command of the 29th Inf. Div. during the Transfer of Authority ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, July 13, 2017. The 29th Infantry Division consists of National Guardsmen out of both Maryland and Virginia.
