The total eclipse was over but the mini-family reunion continued. My sister and brother-in-law have vacationed for years in northern Georgia and now live here — so they are excellent tour guides. Brasstown Bald is the tallest spot in Georgia and was our destination this day. We had talked about visiting it on previous trips but never seemed to find the time even though it is not far from their home. This year, we changed that story.
