Miniature trains seen at Can Mercader park in Cornellà de Can Mercader was first opened in early 1987. It was an idea of the Club of Friends of the Railroad-Cornellà. There are steam locomotives, electrical or thermal that runs 834 meters from the lower part of park and passing bridges and tunnels. It has become the symbol of the park and the main appeal for visitors and tourists.
