A student of Jadavpur University holds a placard during a Protest against the Rape Case of 17 year old girl was gang raped on June 2017 where the charge sheet filed against Kuldeep Singh Sengar, a Bhartiya Janata Party Member of the Legislative Assembly from Uttar Pradesh, India. The Case again was highlighted as a truck collision on 28 July 2019 with a Murder attempt made in which the rape victim was seriously injured and two family members killed and now the Case has been acknowledged by Supreme Court of India for Final Judgement.
