You must be referred by a current member and meet some requirements. These include being 18+, stating an address in Spain, claiming recreational or medicinal use, and waivers stating you will abide by club rules. It will also cost you a small membership fee. around 20-30 euros. In Spain, the law states what you do in the privacy of your home is your business, you are also allowed to grow marijuana for personal use in your home. There is another law that allows you to use your home as a clubhouse for an association. This association must pay taxes and collect membership dues.
