A British trainer from 4th Battalion "The Rifles" uses the clock ray method for target recognition during fire control order training at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, Jan. 29, 2017. FCO training helps ISF soldiers to recognize a target and to fire at it effectively by identifying group, range, indication and target. Training at building partner capacity sites is an integral part of Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve’s effort to train ISF personnel, a global Coalition to defeat ISIL in Iraq and Syria.
