Land maps dress, J. Terwen-de Loos, 1945-1946 The dress or dressing gown is made from maps of silk from the English Air Force. They are printed on both sides. They are two different cards, 44 A and 44 B from Burma, part of French Indo China, part of Siam, now Thailand, part of India and part of China. The dress has a cover collar, long sleeves and a recommended skirt. It was made with a hand sewing machine.
