Last week's market showed some- what of an improvement to the mar- kets of the preceding weeks, and this week's one bids to be pretty fair. The supply is as large as it was. but the betterment is caused by an increased demand brought about principally by fall openings and the like. Prices re- main practically unchanged. The rose cut continues large and is getting bet- ter each day. Practically all receipts now have some market value, owing to this better quality in the blooms offered.
