Toronto, Sept. 15.—Canadas NationalExhibition this year triumphed overmany obstacles and achieved anotherdistinct success, despite the unusual in-cident of adverse weather conditions. This is evidenced by the fact that thetotal attendance was 837,000, about85,000 in excess of 1909 and almost200,000 in excess of 1908. This is aphenomenal increa-se in view of the dis-appointment of Labor Day when exces-sive rain kept the attendance 54,000 be-low that of Labor Day alone last surplus is estimated at $45,000, sothat there can be no question of thegreatness of this greatest of continent
