The image shows Firet Lioutenant Reimer, the S-2 officer for the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines, explaining the significance of Hill 381 to members of Kallo Company. The company was responsible for securing this hill, situated 25 miles southwest of Danang, Vietnam. This photo was released by the Defense Department.
