072014: Douglas, AZ - A 32-year-old female resident of Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico was arrested Sunday for attempting to smuggle 246 pounds of marijuana through the Port of Douglas. Customs and Border Protection officers selected a Chevrolet truck, driven by Ana C. Gonzalez-Figueroa, for further inspection. After a CBP narcotics detection canine alerted to the presence of drugs, officers located $123,000 worth of marijuana hidden within the vehicle’s seats, undercarriage and spare tire.
