The building has suffi-cient capacity for four ofthese units without furtherextension. In such a system a well-defined plan can be followedwhereby each unit receives and in the basement by the boiler feed-pumps and heaters, thecondensing pumps and the oil filters and pumps. The building is of red brick and steel construction, with stonetrimmings, and measures 186 ft. x 112 ft. The founda-tions are of concrete and the floors of concrete-steelconstruction.
