Children listen to gospel group Four Kornerz and the Churchboyz at Empire Windrush 60th anniversary event, Clapham Common

Christian Aid and churches in south London organised a celebration of the 60the anniversay of the landing of the Empire Windrush bringing the first large-scale immigration from the Caribbean to England, These first migrants were housed in former deep shelter on Clapham Common close to where the event was held. As well as speakers the event included some fine gospel music.
