Elihu B. Washburne,Judge Thomas Drummond, ex-Chief-Justice John DeanCaton; and on the right were the ex-Mayors of Chicago,B. W. Raymond, Isaac L. Milliken, John C. Haines, JulienS. Rumsey, Roswell B.
