Building a railroad; a handbook devoted to a new, speedy and economical method of performing every operation from grading right-of-way to ballasting and maintaining track . ^American Shifting Track Crew line-Up: One operator for American Ditcher. One fireman. Five or six laborers. Usual train American is headed in on a flat so it canwork from front end of the car.
