Construction Electrician 3rd Class John Barry (far) and Builder 2nd Class Ryan Lamarre (near) assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) FOUR, survey the project site for correct elevation. NMCB-4 and Marine 7th Engineer Support Battalion (ESB) are constructing containerized living units as part of a camp improvement project. NMCB-4 is one of the forward deployed Pacific NMCBs ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief while providing general engineering and civil construction support to and joint operational forces.
