BUSAN, Republic of Korea (March 15, 2017) Leadership from Commander Republic of Korea (ROK) Fleet, Naval Forces Korea and Carrier Strike Group 1 speak to a members of the ROK media following the arrival off USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) at ROK Fleet headquarters. The Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group is on a regularly scheduled Western Pacific deployment as part of the Pacific Fleet-led initiative to extend the command and control functions of 3rd Fleet.
