A photograph of an Aero Ambulance from 1919, during World War One. This 180 megative image captures the ambulance in an open field, with a wooden platform on the side. Note that the cockpit corner has been removed, possibly for maintenance or repair purposes. Designed by Major Strong of the Army Medical Corps, this ambulance was instrumental in providing medical assistance during the war.
