When used for controlling the temperatureof water in storage tanks where water is heatedby a tank heater, the regulator may be con-nected into one of the tappings on the top of the heater, if convenient, and the weights so placed on the lever, that any temperature may be maintained in the tank, as long as there is fire in the heater.
