Obviously where onlyhalf a sample of cream is used in the ordinarybottle, the test must be multiplied by 2 to getthe correct reading. Lately, a small bore cream bottle (Fig. 29)has been placed upon the market in which onlyhalf a sample of cream is used, but which givesa reading for a full sample. This does away Pig. 29^ine with multiplying tests by 2 when only half agram creambottle.
