0811084005H-105 PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 8, 2008) An AS 332 Super Puma takes off from the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) during a vertical replenishment (VERTREP). Ronald Reagan performed the VERTREP with the dry cargo/ammunition Ship USNS Richard E. Byrd (T-AKE 4) and the Fast Combat Support Ship USNS Bridge (T-AOE 10). The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group is on a routine deployment in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility operating in the Western Pacific and Indian oceans.
