(Mar. 29, 2018) Navy Region Northwest Command Master Chief Ted Calcaterra reads the presidential proclamation during a Vietnam veterans commemoration event recognizing the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War. This is the fourth year for the United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration event which honors the service of the million living Vietnam War veterans and their families on March 29, Vietnam Veterans Day.
