This ancient monument is an early Christian Ogham Stone at Killeenleagh, County Kerry, Ireland

The chi-rho motif on the stone has been dated to late sixth or early seventh century and marks an early Christian burial ground. Interestingly this motif is also found in the Faroes and pre-dates the settlement of the Faroes by Scandinavians and is believed to be incontrovertible evidence of the discovery of the Faroes by Christians from the south.
