Type Carterooephalus exornatus Felder. Dalla Mab., Gen. Ins. xvii, 107, 1904. Type Cyclopides eryonas Hew. Very similar in structure to Carterocephalus but with two pairs of spurs on the hind tibiae. Fig. 19. Butleria was first characterized by Watson (P. Z. S. 1893, 79) but according to Mabille his description does not fit the geno- type. Mabille in turn characterized the genus to correspond with the typical species in vol. xvii of the Genera Inseetorum,.
