Sleddale Reservoir, Cumbria, UK. 24th Feb, 2014. A walker crosses the bridge as a wall of water cascades over the dam of the swollen Wet Sleddale Reservoir into the River Lowther near Shap, Cumbria. Cumbria received almost a month's worth of rain over Sunday and Monday. Wet Sleddale is a very apt name for the amount of rainfall it receives and was the location for the cult film Withnail and I with many of the scenes shot in the pouring rain Credit: Stuart Walker Photography/Alamy Live News
