The Florida Army National Guard’s Assistant Adjutant General, Brig. Gen. Mike Canzoneri, returns a salute from Command Sgt. Maj. Enrique Mendez during a change of responsibility ceremony held Friday, March 23 at the historic St. Francis Barracks in St. Augustine. During the ceremony, Command Sgt. Maj. David Lanham, received responsibility from Mendez with the traditional passing of the non-commissioned officer sword.
