Christen Stephansen Bang, f 1678, from Aalborg, Denmark. About 1614he became chaplain in Solum, in 1621 pastor in Romedal, Norway. The first fivevolumes treat of the Five Parts of the catechism; the last three deal with specialethics. The entire eight tomes are known as Postilla catechetica.
