Staff Sgt. Ryan Columbare, a 42R musician and winner of the Combined Arms Support Command’s Noncommissioned Officer of the Year title, is congratulated by Maj. Gen. Rodney D. Columbare holds a master’s degree in music specializing in the trumpet.
