INDIAN OCEAN (Aug. 1, 2015) Marine Cpl. Andrew Watson is pinned to his new rank during a promotion ceremony aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2). Watson is a member of the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Command Element.
