The buildingstands east and west, and at the north-east corner opens outinto a private chapel, 14 feet by 9 feet 6 inches, and at thenorth-west into a small chamber 10 feet square, which hasfour cross slit lights on either side. At the south-westcorner there is a circular stone staircase, by which access isobtained to the upper floors.
