Navy chief petty officers from across Naval Station Newport gathered for Morning Colors at the installation headquarters on Apr. 1, 2022 to commemorate the 129th birthday of the establishment of the CPO rank. The installation headquarters was also the former home of the Chiefs' Club at NAVSTA Newport.
