. Allegorisch monument for Wolter Jan Gerrit Baron Bentinck, died 23/24 August and buried on 28 August 1781 in the Nieuwe Kerk in Amsterdam. A bust of a smiling Bentinck is crowned by an angel with a laurel wreath, on the right knress a grieving woman with townrwing and banner of the Admiralty of Amsterdam. On the pedestal a caption in Latin, at the bottom of a four-line verse.
