UH-1 helicopters, belonging to Marine Aircraft Group-39, are seen in this photograph taken on July 19, 1968. The helicopters were dispatched to Dong Ha, Vietnam, after an enemy rocket attack on a nearby area. The Marines stationed at Dong Ha observed the attack and requested support from the helicopters for defense against the explosive. The photograph was taken by Cpl. Miks Servais and is identified by the military code A422178.
