This fluid usuallyfinds an exit from the capsule into the tissues of the thigh, butoccasionally it may pass through the acetabulum into the rare instances the disease may not enter the joint, but mayfind an 02:)ening in the neck through the adherent capsule. Insuch cases the joint is, in most instances, finally involved unlessthe disease is removed by surgical means.
