Børsen, Old Stock exchange. 17th-century Dutch Renaissance style building with four intertwined dragons on spire Slotsholmen, Copenhagen, Denmark The Borsen was built under the reign of Christian IV in 1619–1640 and is a protected building. It was designed by architects Lorenz & Horst van Steenwinckel. The 56 metre distinctive spire with four intertwined dragon tails is topped with three crowns, symbolizing the Scandinavian empire (Denmark, Norway, and Sweden). The Building is now used by the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and as an event space
