(Nov. 15, 2016) Seaman Tristan Jarvis, from Boise, Idaho, prepares to throw a life ring over the side of the ship during a man overboard drill aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN72). Man overboard drills train Sailors to quickly recover personnel from the water in the event of an actual casualty. Lincoln is in the final stages of a four year Refueling and Complex Overhaul and will be delivered back to the fleet in early 2017."
