Typical knuckle-bow hilt made of silver, the massive rhinoceros horn grip inlaid with silver and lacquer, with a golden ferrule and gold-plated pommel (several defects). Leather-covered wooden scabbard, the silver mounts with chased ornaments. The chape somewhat dented, torn on one side and with an old repair at the point.
