Moore Estate placed third shows anothervery possible solution to the problem. The entrance drive in this case en-ters the property from State Street and leads past the house to an exit onIndependence St. Another arrangement which makes this design quite in-dividual is the location of the garden area to the south of the residence, and the service areas to the north. A garage and stable, and greenhouseare the buildings in the service group. A stable court, a paddock, andvegetable garden complete the group. In the northwestern part of the property space for tennis, croquet, and clock golf has been provided, with the additional feature of a lakeand pavilion emphasized in connection with these areas. The entire development is carefully thot out, is compact, simple, Model of Estate The 1917 Reptonian Twenty-nine
