The Northern main line past Odensala was opened in 1866, but then there was no stop there. Odensala stop was added 18XX. The double track was completed in 1908. Electricity was introduced in 1934. The stop was later moved closer to the dairy. New stop house 1942. Personal traffic ceased in 1969.
